the morning mist hangs over the river conwy, but don't worry, the sunshine soon burns that away! we are a new site opened october 2010. on the very edge of snowdonia national park . a small certified site (approx. 1 acre). the site is level and flat. there is a heated family shower room with luxury twin showers, ladies wc, separate gents wc. and a chemical disposal point. with additional unisex showers, ladies wc,baby changing and disabled toilets which were new at the end of 2014. best campsite showers in the country (as voted by our regular customers) electric hook up posts are now installed, please ask for details when booking. we now have a covered washing up area with hot & cold water. we are open all year round (weather permitting) please check with us before travelling if in doubt, we will always try our best to contact you if you have pre-booked. glamping! we now have a 4m bell tent and that will be erected ready for you on arrival, just bring your own camping equipment, and save time erecting a tent in the rain! price £40/night new for july 2015 .....shepherds huts winter glamping wood burning stove! bounce below is the worlds first subterranean playground of its kind, giant trampolines, slides, walkways and tunnels, all made from netting, all suspended in a slate cavern, hidden underground. open all year round! the historical walled town of conwy is less than 20 mins drive with its very own medieval castle for you to explore. snowdon , the highest mountain in wales, only 30 mins drive, navigate one of the well known paths to the summit, (approx 3000') or if that sounds too energetic, you can always catch a train to the top! the views are amazing if you get a clear day! llanrwst town is just a 5 minute drive, enjoy a walk around the town, call in to one of the many local bars for a drink, or why not try out the award winning indian restaurant , ideal for all you curry lovers!
